4 Ways to wreck your skin...
Your skin is the largest organ in your body and it takes and endures a lot of abuse.
Want to help destroy it more? Follow these rules lol. If not, do the exact opposite:
1. Get overexposed in the SUN: Exposure to sun could lead to extreme skin damages and even skin cancer.
2. Smoke: Smoking is by far the highest trigger of dry/scaly skin, it does a lot+more of what the sun does. It destroys the skin more because it works from the INSIDE..
3. Sleep less: During sleep, the skin is rejuvenated and repaired. Less sleep leads to stress. So go on, get enough sleep on *Vivabella Designs* cotton beddings of course!
4. Overeat: Eating much more than you need is called overeating. When u feel full, please stop. Need i say more?

Its understandable that getting adequate rest relieves stress and rejuvenates the skin but its still difficult to sleep when i feel like i should be studying or doing something more productive...lol! i guess it just a balance!
